Way of phasing out and replacing HCFC-22 in developing China’s refrigeration and air conditioning industry

Briefly presents the background, points out new problems and new tasks due to the Montreal Protocol，discusses the technical way of phasing out and replacing HCFC22，and analyses advantages, disadvantages，and problems of the three ways. Puts forward particular advice for studying and developing low GWP unsaturated fluorinated olefin refrigerants and related  air conditioning and refrigeration products. Presents three ideas for the plan being worked out to phase out and manage HCFC in the industry.
